‘Boots To Suits’ Military Job Fair Helps Soldiers Become Civilians

Western Michigan University's Office of Military and Veterans Affairs is helping military personnel get past the personnel department and land a civilian job. Soldiers sometimes find it difficult to make the transition from the plane to the desk, the Humvee to the cubicle, the ship to the water cooler. At the 'Boots to Suits' job fair, employers who are looking for candidates with the qualities of trained military members will be scouting for new hires. Directly from their website:
