Cedar Point won't even talk about the coaster replacing Mean Streak but you can get a covert drone look at the insane design.

The Mean Streak, Cedar Point's sprawling wooden roller coaster at the back of the park was added to the list of retired attractions when the park closed in 2016. Personally, I can't say I'll miss it as the ride seemed to get rougher and rougher each Summer.

Unlike Disaster Transport, Wildcat and Demon Drop, Mean Streak was not torn down or disassembled; there is new construction on an attraction that is even more epic than before. Fly over Lake Erie and imagine what the ride is going to be like when this incredible roller coaster is finished, possibly for the 2018 season.
