Mystery Of The Lake Michigan Triangle
Just like the Bermuda Triangle, the mysterious triangle in Lake Michigan has been claiming ships and planes for decades or longer.
Stretching from Ludington to Benton Harbor, Michigan and to Manitowoc, Wisconsin, the Lake Michigan Triangle has inspired numerous accounts of activity that are difficult to explain by rational thought.
Some claimed the triangle was a time portal and that it either slowed or sped up time immensely during passage. Others maintained that UFOs were seen in the area, or reported bright lights in the sky.
there are numerous stories of this place. For example, from the Chicago Tribune,
The twin-engine plane crashed Friday night in a heavily wooded area on Beaver Island, about 20 miles off the Michigan coast.
The one I remember most is of an old school friends sister. Her name was Peggy Lammon, she was a mounted Deputy for the Kalamazoo County Sheriffs Office. Along with her husband and two friends, they flew north for a fishing trip but never arrived. parts of the plain washed ashore on Beaver Island.
