Kalamazoo Christian High School Does the ’80s to the Max
Nearly 15 fresh jams collide in this rad 8 minute performance as KCHS salutes the music of the 1980s in their Spring concert.
The conductor is wearing red, white & blue sweatbands and I think I spotted a Swatch! Kalamazoo Christian High School's Symphonic Band, Women’s Ensemble, and Chorale teamed up for their Spring concert on May 9 to remember the music of the "me" decade.
Clad in legwarmers and washed in neon, students kick off the 8:00 concert finale with Michael Jackson's "Bad" and smoothly segue into "Material Girl"- Madonna's signature song. A dozen more hits from the Cold war era follow that will make you remember big hair, Pac Man the the Rubik's Cube.
