Missing in Michigan

Richard Eugene Dale Hitchcock went missing December 22, 1990. He was last seen leaving the Riverfront bar in Allegan.

Kendall was last seen wearing pink and white pajama pants and a teal and white jacket. Kendall may also have a dark colored backpack.
